EarS?(エイレス)is a webcomic running since May 2007, it is currently still in progress.
It is the story of an 18 year old girl, Zoe Talon, who lives somewhere along the english coast,
and works in a Salon. Zoe starts off as a easily scared character, who unbeknowst to her, has
a terrible past involving a world beyond human imagination, Zoe eventually develops into a more responsible and curious character.
There is a certain twist to the story, Zoe has unusual hair, which when wet, becomes puffy and has anthropromorphic referenced 'ear' shapes sticking out of either side of her head, much like a cat girl.
Furthermore, Zoe finds herself in an impossible situation of being married to a twenty-something man who she doesn't even remember. It doesn't help that she has a grumpy roommate who hates intruders into Zoe's lifestyle and this man, named Vin has quite a few loose ends to tie up in his past.

The genre of EarS? is a shōjo[1](しょうじょ or 少女)styled manga and is a romance and comedy. It shows up many would be fairytale values, such as being a Princess, really isn't all it is cracked up to be and with being just that, you are an heir to a throne, which most possibly carries corruption and burdens, that a fairytale may not want. Also, it highlights the essence of love, most usually unrequited (espcially on Vingo's part) as well a giving plenty of chances to have humor situations invloving school and being a student.
The manga will eventually also highlight as mentioned, that 'hurting' is wrong, and having powers that can stop it, doesn't mean that you should use them.
Zoe has alot of work to do. Especially as she has alot of coursework due in.
