OnlineComics.net (sometimes referred to as OC.net) is a webcomic directory maintained by Josh Roberts, which has been in operation since 2001. New features and modifications are added to the directory on a fairly frequent basis, and Roberts habitually solicits feedback and suggestions from the site's users.

A comic can only be added to the listings by one of its creators; however, one does not need to have a comic to sign up for a user account. Registered users are able to comment on the listed comics; comments are divided into several categories, such as "praise" or "warning". Users can also add various comics to their "Favorites" list, and have new updates and comments for their favorites appear together on a single page (a feature perhaps comparable to a Livejournal "Friends" page).

OnlineComics.net is sometimes mentioned alongside ranking/voting sites such as BuzzComix and TopWebComics; however, it has a different system for measuring popularity. Only registered OnlineComics.net users can "vote" on a comic, and they can only do this once, by adding it to their "Favorites" list. The number of users who have a particular comic listed as a favorite make up its "fans". The total number of fans, the total number of "praise" comments, the number of "praise" comments within the past 30 days, and the number of new fans within the past 30 days, are all factored in to calculate a particular comic's popularity ranking. The "Popular comics" listing tends to be dominated by manga-influenced story comics with appeal to female readers, suggesting that a significant portion of OnlineComics.net's users are female manga fans.
