Not much, if anything, is known about this lumbering giant, other than the fact that he's completely insane. Allegedly responsible for the fall of The Four Bosses of Mad City, numerous tales and stories have been spreading throughout the street with regards to his origins. Most dont dispute the fact that he was targeted and possibly killed on a night out with the love of his life by one of, if not all, the four bosses.
After that it becomes a crapshoot.
Most will say he is in fact the undead. Risen from the grave to enact revenge on all Meta Humans. Others will claim that he never infact died, but was mearly a Meta himself who went crazy from the trauma after waking up in a hospital bed some years later.
Regardless of what his true origin may be, Riot is a very real threat to any and all Meta-Bangers in the city.
While he wont target "innocents" (RE:Non-Metas) or the Police, make no mistake:
If you find yourself in his sights, you're dead. Period.

He is a walking force of nature, breaking bones and ripping apart-sometimes limb from limb-any metas he comes across and he shows no sign of remorse or even the slightest care for those he attacks. He is rage personified, with nothing but hate flowing through his veins.

RIOT cant die. No matter how hard he tries, he takes a licking and keeps on ticking! He absorbs damage like a sponge and is more than willing to get up close and personal for the kill and, as such, ends up looking like a bloody, bloody, mess. Thankfully he appears to have a healing factor as well to take care of any and all wounds he has.
His speed, reflexes and stength have all increased as well, although no upper limit has been determined.

Before the "incident" RIOT had only one true love, her name was Jenny. She's dead now, brutally destroyed right infront of him. Her memory is all he has left.
He also had a good friend in Gwen Wu (Fade-Out) but they drifted apart over the years. Strangly enough, they both found themselves on similar paths as lost souls and now look out for each other. She's his only friend in the whole world.
